# ZIPIR Privacy Policy

ARMEGU ("we," "us," or the "Developer") provides ZIPIR, an ad-supported mobile arcade game. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use ZIPIR, why it may be processed, and the choices available to you.
## 1. Scope
This policy applies to the ZIPIR mobile application. ZIPIR does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or precise location.
## 2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
ZIPIR stores the following game information locally on your device:
- Best score;
- Collected star balance;
- Unlocked and selected characters;
- Sound preference and related game settings.
This local game information is not transmitted to or stored on the Developer's servers. You can delete it by deleting ZIPIR from your device. Your operating system may separately manage device backups.
## 3. Advertising and Information Processed by Google
ZIPIR uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. Google and participating advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
- Device or app identifiers, including the advertising identifier where permitted;
- Advertisements displayed and interactions with advertisements;
- App launches, taps, video views, and other product interactions;
- Device type, operating system, app version, and similar technical information;
- Crash logs, performance information, and other diagnostic data.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, limit ad frequency, provide analytics, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and personalize advertising where permitted by law and by your choices.
Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. ## 4. App Tracking Transparency on iOS
On iOS, ZIPIR may ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the advertising identifier or allowing tracking as defined by Apple.
Allowing tracking may enable more relevant advertising and advertising measurement across apps or websites. Declining the request does not prevent you from playing ZIPIR. Limited or non-personalized ads may still be shown, and information such as an IP address may still be processed when necessary to deliver an ad, maintain security, or prevent fraud.
You can change your tracking choice in **iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking**.
## 5. Consent and Privacy Choices
ZIPIR uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request and manage advertising consent. When privacy options are required for your region, a **Privacy Choices** control is available from the in-game Settings screen.
You may use that control to review or change available advertising choices. You may also manage relevant privacy and advertising settings through your device. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

Depending on your location and the relevant processing activity, information may be processed based on your consent, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and non-personalized advertising where permitted by law.

ARMEGU does not directly sell personal information for money. However, the use of third-party advertising technology for personalized advertising or advertising measurement may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you can exercise available choices through ZIPIR's Privacy Choices control, the consent message presented to you, and your device settings.
## 8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game information remains on your device until the app data is removed or ZIPIR is deleted. Advertising-related retention periods are determined by Google and participating advertising providers under their respective policies.
ZIPIR does not maintain user accounts or a Developer-operated database of game progress. For requests relating to information held by the Developer, contact us using the details below. ## 9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the app. Third-party providers may use measures such as encryption in transit. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
## 10. Children's Privacy
ZIPIR is not directed specifically to children under 13 and is not offered in the App Store Kids Category. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe information relating to a child has been processed contrary to this policy, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
## 11. International Data Transfers
Google and participating advertising providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those providers are responsible for using applicable safeguards for international transfers as described in their policies.
## 12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, or to withdraw consent and appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. These rights may be subject to legal limitations.
